Z-Ro is one of the most consistent artists in hip-hop as he's continued to deliver quality music for over 15 years. The Houston rapper is ready to give fans his latest batch of music with the release of his new album Drankin' and Drivin. To get you ready for the LP, Z-Ro drops the new single "Women Men"  which sees him put his spin on 50 Cent's "Many Men."

Last year, XXL had a chance to speak to Z-Ro about why the standard of his music remains so high. The Mo City Don explained that his continued struggle makes him hungrier than most who've been at it as long as he has.

"A lot of times when you win, your hunger to win is stagnated because when you’ve been winning for so long, you don’t remember what chicken looks like," Z-Ro said. "You know, you’re on Italian water and foie gras-type shit. Me, I ain’t never left the chicken wings. When you still in the situations and shit you be rapping about, people can pick up on the truth. I hear it all the time, like, 'Damn homie, it seems like you’re talking about my life.' And my answer would be, hell, I am talking bout yo life. I mean, I rap, but I’m probably making from the record label what the muthafucka at Subway gets in a year. That’s why the shit is consistent on the struggle, because the struggle never stops. So, it’s easy to tell the truth and it’s easy for people to pick up on the truth because they’re living the same truth. That’s why it sounds like that."

Drankin' and Drivin' is scheduled to drop on June 15 through Z-Ro's self-owned 1 Deep imprint. You can pre-order the album, which features a guest appearance by Krayzie Bone, now on iTunes. Check out the tracklist below.
