Problem and DJ Quik's new EP Rosecrans has flown under the radar. Hopefully that will change because the two Compton rappers showed out on the project. One of the EP's highlights is the smooth "A New Nite," which now has an accompanying video.

The music video is nothing elaborate with shots of Problem and DJ Quik sharing the stage as well as working on the studio. This is mostly a nice reminder to check out the EP for anyone who missed it. Quik remains in top form as seen on "A New Nite."

"Now this the kind of beat that I might need Dre on/Them 14 hours studio sessions, I'ma stay on/The kind of on that makes you go higher and higher/I sleep when I'm dead, I come alive when I'm tired/Now this the kind of beat I make when I'm just dipping/The bassline sound like my fingers set-tripping/On what better spot the El Segundo and Central/This the intersection that made me make instrumentals/I got haters in the outfield looking at me/I got ladies in the front row looking O.G./I got a stiff pair of Levi 501's in my britches/And got a stiff third leg for when I'm dogging my bitches," DJ Quik raps on the track.

While Rosecrans would be enough on its own, DJ Quik appears to have some more treats for fans in 2016. The acclaimed producer recently revealed that he was back in the studio with fellow West Coast O.G. Suga Free. The two have crafted some amazing music together in the past, so the possibility of new Quik and Suga Free records is tantalizing to say the least.
