Dave East is taking it back to last year's Hate Me Now mixtape for his new music video. The Harlem rapper brings his Squat Beats produced record to life with a visual that takes him to Japan.

The music video sees Dave East roaming the streets of Tokyo and linking up with some of the locals. There's no real story being told in this one as the main focus stays on the Mass Appeal signee's bars.

"I talk what I live, I handle my biz/I come from the projects, get shot by a kid/We rolling around with pistols and ganja/When I fuck up some paper, I just listen to commas/I can cook it front of you, this shit Benihana's/Sell a nick to your momma, got a clip for the drama/I pull up and park it, I tinted the whip/Go get me some backwoods then I take a trip/I'm living the life, these n---as would not understand/Call me what you want, can't call me broke, started out moving grams/I wake up and hustle, I got no time for the fronting/Ain't taking no handouts, I don't owe you n---as nothing, nothing," Dave East raps on the second verse.

Since the release of Hate Me Now, Dave East has kept busy by dropping a bunch of remixes and freestyles. The rapper put his spin on popular singles like "Panda," "Summer Sixteen" and "All the Way Up" over the past few months. East's most recent remix is his version of Madeintyo's "Uber Everywhere."
