Jim Jones Teams With ASAP Ferg for “Harlem”

Jim Jones and ASAP Ferg are teaming up once again. After linking up on the posse cut "Finesse" with Rich Homie Quan and Desiigner, the two join forces for a new collaboration called "Harlem."

"Same kid from the projects, 5H/Just flew by in the I8/Still do it for them n---as that buy weight/Used to get bricks off my face/And it feels like yesterday/We was in grandma's kitchen chef'n yay/The fiends went crazy when they got a taste/I flipped a 62 than I copped an eight/Is the bricks good is the question/If the bricks is good, I can stretch 'em/But the game a little different right now/Cause these young n---as run around juug and finessing/Shit, life's good, it's a blessing/Four bad bitches in my section/Shit, I got one night in town/Before the sun comes up I'll be on to the next one," Jim Jones raps on the opening verse.

It might not be completely intentional, but this new song serves as a bonus promotional tool for ASAP Ferg's upcoming album. The ASAP Mob member recently spoke about the LP.

"It’s going to be very real this album," ASAP Ferg told Revolt. "This album is a story of my life. It’s basically a documentary of my life and it’s very personal. Honestly, it’s my best work yet and I don’t even know what else I’ma do to top this in the future because it’s just my all right now."

Songs like his Missy Elliott collab "Strive," "Hungry Ham" with Skrillex and Crystal Caines and the joint with Big Sean "The World Is Mine" have already surfaced.

ASAP Ferg's Always Strive and Prosper drops this Friday (April 22).
