Buffalo, N.Y. and Detroit, Mich. connect as Westside Gunn and Danny Brown team up for "Bodies on Fairfax." Over a stripped down, xylophone-heavy instrumental from Daringer, the two gritty MCs commit felonies outside of popular streetwear stores in L.A.'s Fairfax District. From pistol-whipping someone down the stairs at Hall of Fame, to sticking up Flight Club and selling a brick outside of Supreme, Gunn and Brown bring their crime spree west.

"Bodies on Fairfax" will appear on Westside Gunn's upcoming FLYGOD album. Featuring Your Old Droog, Conway, Meyhem Lauren, Roc Marciano, Skyzoo, Action Bronson and The Alchemist, FLYGOD is the perfect album for anyone who enjoys slick New York wordplay over sample heavy, soulful production. Bronson and Gunn did their best D-Von and Bubba Ray impression as they dropped the WWE-inspired "Dudley Boys" single in late February.

FLYGOD will be the second project the Buffalo native releases in the early months of 2016. In mid-February, the rapper teamed up producer The Purist for their Roses Are Red...So Is Blood EP. Clocking in at just under 15 minutes, the seven-track effort features Conway, Mach Hommy and Roc Marciano and flashes Gunn's potential and spot in the crime rap game.

Roses are Red…. And So is Blood is an art piece I created with the mind frame of me being locked up writing bars while I lay on a cot," Gunn said in a statement. "It gives u that laid back feeling but still aware of the dangerous settings. The title to me means nothing in the world is perfect. Don't be caught up in the illusion because everything that may seem one way might be the total opposite everybody shit stinks. The color Red is so beautiful, but just as it represents beauty it also represents pain, death, struggle.”

FLYGOD drops this Friday, March 11.
