As part of the First Lady's Let Girls Learn initiative and the White House's #62Million Girls campaign, Mrs. Obama called on Missy Elliott, Zendaya, Kelly Rowland, Janelle Monae, Kelly Clarkson, Chloe and Halle Bailey, Lea Michele and more for the empowering "This Is for My Girls." Calling for women to stand up for themselves and demand respect, "This Is for My Girls" is an uplifting anthem for young women everywhere. The song is available on iTunes and to stream.

The First Lady will be delivering a keynote address at South by Southwest and will be joined by a few special guests. Mrs. Obama, Missy Elliott, Diane Warren and Sophia Bush will speak on a panel moderated by Queen Latifah. The First Lady will be highlighting the Obama Administration's Let Girls Learn initiative, which aims to help enroll and educate 62 million adolescent girls around the world who are denied the right to education. To open the show, Halle and Chloe Bailey will perform for the crowd. The Bailey sisters are signed to Beyonce's management company Parkwood Entertainment.

The event will take place on Wednesday, March 16 at 11:00 AM and will be streamed live at AOL's MAKERS site.
