It's been quite the journey for Brooklyn's Flatbush ZOMBiES, who, after years of touring and building buzz, have finally released their debut album 3001: A Laced Odyssey. The trio, comprised of Meechy Darko, Juice and Erick "Arc" Elliott had previously released mixtapes D.R.U.G.S. and BetterOffDead and the EP Clockwork Indigo with The Underachievers, but plant their psychedelic and often times raucous flag in the rap game today with the 12-track album.

3001: A Laced Odyssey is available below to stream via Spotify, as well as on iTunes to download. The lone features come courtesy of Anthony Flammia and Diamante. The albums lead single, "Bounce," received a video treatment early last month, with the ZOMBiES going on tour starting March 24 in support of the album release.

In addition, the Flatbush boys have releases a second video from the album, "This Is It" directed by The Madbury Club's Phillip T. Annand. The black and white video, which is included below, is a stark departure for the usually colorful group. Contrast the vid with the above artwork for 3001, which evokes the sort of mind altering dreamscape that the three reference semi-frequently. Stream the new album below, with the "This Is It" video a bit further down. The ZOMBiES will hitting a number of cities between March and May, with full tour details readily available. A ZOMBiES show is quite the event, with plenty of new performance material coming by way of the new album.
