In his "The Break" interview with XXL, Jay IDK told us that he wanted to win a Nobel Peace Prize with his music. His latest, the BJ the Chicago Kid assisted "Cookie Addiction," likely won't be turning the heads of world leaders but it will certainly help him land in some DMs.

Rapping about all the things he likes to do in the bedroom, Jay IDK gets explicit with lyrics like "When I make your legs part like a part/In the room of my apartment, pardon my thoughts/Okay let's start with you on top/I'm nasty and you know it." BJ the Chicago Kid is a bit more gentlemanly on the hook, singing that all he needs is a bag of weed and a beautiful woman to get the night going.

In the same "The Break" interview, IDK told us about his wide-ranging influences and the type of music he grew up, which helps explain where he got the idea for a sexually-charged track like "Cookie Addiction."  "Michael Jackson, Erykah Badu, A Tribe Called Quest, 50 Cent, Awilo Longomba and The Gorillaz. Those particular artists were what I grew up on for the most part," he said. "My parents played a lot of it and they’re all unique in their own way. I’ve listened to everybody from Papa Roach to old soul music so that’s a big reason why I had such a large scope to pull from on my most recent album SubTrap. The reason I can achieve so many different feelings is because the people I listen to have always been so diverse."
