G Herbo has switched up the moniker, but he's still hitting you with those hard core street raps. Today, the Chicago MC ups the video for his fire 2015 collab with Joey Bada$$, "Lord Knows."

On the track the two Cinematic Music Group rappers spit fire over a trunk rattling Metro Boomin instrumental. In the video, the duo takes to the New York City streets, hitting up different locations. They later converge in an empty church and turn up in the sanctuary.

XXL recently chopped it up with Herb who gave his thoughts on the current state of the Chicago rap scene, which just a few years ago seemed like it might dominate for the foreseeable future. "The Chicago rap scene to me, it wide open right now," he said. "Like, [the] whole Chicago has been on all the drill music movement for the past three years. A lot of Chicago artists have gotten signed. I don’t know if it’s because the drill music is unique."

He added, "Like my style, what I got going on, it’s not really drill music because I speak about my life and stuff I got going on. I rap about what’s really true to me. I couldn’t really make that drill music. A lot of people aren’t really true to what the music really means or I don’t know if they’re really using it to make their lifestyle seem better or whatever. I don’t really know. I’m not trying to throw shade on my city, but I mean, it’s not really unique to me because in Chicago, we don’t really stand strong as a unit. We not united."
