Danny Brown has been relatively M.I.A. in the time since his debut album Old dropped in October of 2013. With a follow-up in the works, Danny teams up with Los Angeles rapper Sahtyre for the new single "Expertise." The drugged out production from Stewart Villain gets appropriately tailored vocals from Danny, who kicks off his verse rapping, "Smoking blunts, wiping ash off designer jeans/I'm like a king, throwing rings, grabbing angel wings/Dr. King on the balcony with body armor/Kush coma, popping pills, shoulda been a goner."

Sahtrye attacks the beat, calling himself the new Treach, and spoke to Mass Appeal, who debuted the song, about how it came together.  “When Stewart called me for a verse, it was crazy that it ended up being for a track with Danny Brown on it,” he explained.

In a recent Twitter Q&A, Danny Brown shared a select few details about his upcoming album saying that "it's all fucked up." As for a release date for the album, Danny answered a fan by saying he too will be will be praying for something in 2016.

Either way, it would appear that DB is back on his rapping hustle. Bruiser Brigade signee ZelooperZ is preparing his debut album Bothic for a Feb. 19 release date, and while there is no tracklist out at the moment, it isn't too far of a stretch to assume Brown makes an appearance on there somewhere. The Detroit natives linked up on Old's "Kush Coma." Listen to Danny's latest with Sahtrye above.
