Curren$y has to be the most productive weed head of all time. The NOLA rapper just put out a new mixtape produced entirely by frequent collaborator Alchemist titled The Carrollton Heist, which is his third project released in less than three months.

Ringing in at 10 tracks, the mixtape contains three guest appearances from Styles P ("Disappearing Ink"), Action Bronson (“Inspiration”) and Lil Wayne (“Fat Albert”). With California producer Alchemist at the helm the tape is chock full of interesting samples and cleverly utilized loops. The project’s title is clearly a reference to Carrollton Avenue in Curren$y’s hometown of New Orleans.

This isn't the first time Andretti and Alchemist have put together an entire project. In 2011, they linked up for the EP Covert Coup.

Spitta has been keeping his pace as one of the most prolific mixtape artists of the last decade. Last December, he put out his most recent album Canal Street Confidential which featured the likes of Future, Lil Wayne, K Camp, August Alsina and Ty Dolla $ign.

In January he dropped the new EP The Owners Manual. That six-song project was executive produced by Cool and Dre.

Curren$y and Alc's last project, which featured Prodigy of Mobb Deep, Fiend, Freddie Gibbs and Smoke DZA, is widely looked at as one of his best works. Can the duo reclaim the same magic five years later on the follow up?
