Wale Imagines What He’d Do If He Wins Big on “Powerball Freestyle”

Everyone who bought a Powerball ticket has imagined what they would do with the money if they won. Wale is no different, he just has the talent to rap about it. The Maybach Music Group rapper decided to reflect on how he would spend the money with a new song called "Powerball Freestyle" produced by Street Symphony and D.O. Speaks.

Wale makes it clear that he would indulge in extravagant spending as he raps that he would "blow the shit in one day." But Wale's aspirations are not selfish. He states that he would buy his mom a house as well as all of his partners. His potential spending goes towards some interesting ideas such as getting Jim Ross, the legendary WWE commentator, back in the booth and taking every fine girl on a dinner date.

Despite racking up the incredible amount of money a Powerball winner would win, Wale claims he would still charge $80k for a verse. Wale also states he would "put XXL back on everybody's shelf and pray that the Internet would go away."

This new track is a way for Wale to get fans ready for his upcoming album Shine. The project was announced during Wale's historic performance at the State of the Union address and is expected to drop this year.
