Rising newcomer Paper Paulk drops new heat titled "Opera" featuring Kissie Lee. The 26-year-old from Cleveland goes off, showing off his lyrical ability. "Ain't no way around, they all know I'm goin' blow/The same nigga that sold blow goin' rock shows," he raps in the opening verse. Kissie Lee handles the hook. Bump "Opera" above.

The outspoken MC found his passion for music and poetry, dropped out of college plus stopped hustling to further his music career. In 2012 Paper released his debut single "Never Change" and since then has released two mixtapes Street Dreaming Vol. I and Street Dreaming Vol. II. Now Paper Paulk is gearing up to release his debut EP, Poweron Feb. 19. The six-track project is produced entirely by Mally the Martian and features Pusha T. It is also the first of a two disc series with the second project, Moor Power, dropping later this summer. Peep the tracklist for Power below.

Cleveland is starting to produce another group of young talent. The city that brought to you big names such as Bone Thugs-N-Harmony plus former XXL Freshmen Machine Gun Kelly and Kid Cudi, are grooming interesting names. Kipp Stone is another buzzing MC who's starting to make a name for himself. And other artists like Billard, Lil Cray and Ray Jr are turning heads. This is a city fans should keep an eye on.
