The New Year is a time to think about the past and look to the future. While Big Sean is surely looking forward to a big 2016, he's definitely still reeling off the life-changing year he had in 2015. After dropping the new track "What A Year" featuring Pharrell and Detail a couple days ago, the Detroit spitta follows up with a reflective visual for the song that details his epic year, montage style.

Not solely a video for "What A Year," the treatment starts off with documentary style clips starting in January and progressing through the year. As the clips - mostly of raucous Finding Paradise Tour concert footage - move forward, they are played over the soundtrack of Sean's biggest tracks of 2015 including "IDFWU," "Blessings" and "Play No Games." Finally, the "What A Year" track comes through before giving way to scenes from the G.O.O.D. Music rapper's epic show in Detroit.

What a year, indeed. Sean landed a double platinum hit with his E-40 assisted single "IDFWU." His third album Dark Sky Paradise which was released in February surpassed expectations and has doubled his second release Hall Of Fame in the sales department. He even received a Grammy nomination for the track “One Man Can Save the World,” a song dedicated to his late grandmother.

There was that one setback, but overall Sean was winning in 2015.
