Phony Ppl Journey Through Brooklyn in “Why iii Love the Moon” Video

Phony Ppl has teamed up with a collective called Dawn of Man, who specializes in projection art, for the music video to the single "Why iii Love the Moon." This music video sees Phony Ppl riding around their home of Brooklyn on bicycles (and even a unicycle) while images are projected on different buildings and structures throughout their journey. It's a unique video that immediately stands out from the crowd while still meshing with the relaxed vibe of the song.

"In our video, we wanted to open up and share our world in Brooklyn, a side of Brooklyn that's hidden beneath what meets the eye," Phony Ppl told The FADER, who premiered the music video. "Our video combines projection art that illuminates our path as we ride our bikes through familiar landmarks, revealing the true color beneath the surface."
