It's December, which means Kodak Black is in his element. As each of the last two years drew to a close, the phenomenally talented Pompano Beach, Fla. native sated his fans' thirst with a new mixtape: Project Baby in 2013 and Heart of the Projects last year. (The latter features "SKRT," which became a runaway hit and apparently caught Drake's ear; his most popular song from 2015, "Ran Up a Check," is from a forthcoming tape.) Now, he's embroiled in a beef with Soulja Boy, the Atlanta-bred Youtube pioneer who usually aims for the good graces of rap's rising stars. Apparently, Kodak felt that Soulja had been biting, and called him out--which led to a spiral of idle threats and guns waved at Instagram cameras. But today (Dec. 3) comes "Antisocial," a light, breezy song about getting the entire way out of Kodak's face.
