Diggy has been dropping off freestyles at a steady clip and came through last night with a new, socially-minded offering. As he says on his Soundcloud, "'The Climate (Freestyle)' is just a glimpse into where my mind's been lately….More to come though on the tape, that's on the way!"

On "The Climate (Freestyle)," young Diggy does more than assert his technical skill, as he addresses the string of police brutality cases seen throughout the country over the past year plus. "They got us black boys fearing life/When you brown like Mike or Tamir Rice," he raps. He closes out the track by teasing that upcoming mixtape further, rapping, "I let 'em say what they gotta say/Back in my zone just know the tape on the way."

Dig's Soundcloud page promises a new freestyle next week, so check back as Rev's boy continues to get on track for the new year.
