In an unlikely bicoastal union of sorts, Cam'ron and Berner have announced a collaborative EP called Contraband. The set will pair the Harlem legend with the Bay Area's most visible weed plug--and its chief Taylor Gang affiliate. So where the duo's first single featured Wiz Khalifa alongside 2 Chainz, their latest keeps Wiz, but swaps the artist formerly known as Tity Boi for Young Dolph. "Dope Spot" repurposes the New York funk/disco band Kleeer's "She Said She Loves Me," the same song that was sampled on Jay Z's Just Blaze-produced Dynasty intro. It's a stump speech of sorts: Cam sneers, "Arrogant rich n---a, we might just vote for Trump" and Young Dolph deadpans, "I didn't wanna go to college once I found out the trap was my calling." As for Berner, he's as plain-spoken as ever: "I don't play no games/I'm rich, got thirty chains."
