In the saga of the Rich Gang rise and fall out, Young Thug and Rich Homie Quan have long let their hearts bleed for what was a union truly too good to last. Friends became enemies, and instead of making beautiful music, the two started dissing each other.

So, what to make of this Rich Gang track that features both Thug and Quan that surfaced last night? Titled "Color Purple" the two tango over a Metro Boomin beat, rapping odes to their favorite double cup filler while riffing on the 1985 film of the same name. "Oprah Winfrey bring me that Color Purple, Danny Glover bring me that Color Purple"

In all likelihood, this is a leftover track from the Rich Gang glory days, but who knows. Maybe a reconciliation is on the way and all can shed a purple tear of joy.
