Obie Trice is back with a new album following a three year break from the music scene. The Detroit MC stumbles through the door with his latest effort The Hangover. The 13-song project features appearances from Young Buck, Estelle, Tone Tone, J-Nutty, Young Zeether, P8tience and Drey Skonie. Obie first mentioned the album shortly after the release of his previous project Bottom's Up in 2012. But nothing materialized from the LP until earlier this summer when he released the song "Good Girls" produced by Magnedo7. After a quarter decade in the making the project is finally ready for the fans' consumption.

Trice came to the national attention when he signed to Eminem's Shady Records back in 2000, later appearing on the single "Without Me" off Em's album The Eminem Show. In 2003, he put out his debut album Cheers. Spearheaded by the lead single "Got Some Teeth" the project went on to reach platinum status. He followed that up with Second Round's On Me before parting ways with the label in 2008. The Hangover follows 2012's Bottom's Up which Trice released on his own label Black Market Entertainment and featured production from Dr. Dre, Eminem and Statik Selektah. Through the years, OT has continued to keep true to his alcohol themed titles putting out the mixtapes, Special Reserve, The Bar Is Open and Bar Shots, as well as The Most Underrated and Watch The Chrome.
