Listen to Casey Veggies, “Shout Out”

Casey Veggies' debut album Live and Grow was scheduled to break soil August 7 but has since been given a little more time to mature. Today, the Inglewood rapper plucks a new track off the tree putting out the new song "Shout Out" produced by beat making duo Mike & Keys. Carried by a strong trumpet loop, Casey V goes hard on the track, giving props to all the people who are in his corner on the chorus.

Veggies' upcoming project has been nearly eight years in the making as it was 2007 when the 22-year-old MC burst onto the scene with his inaugural mixtape, Customized Greatly Vol. 1. Subsequent tapes like 2010's Sleeping In Class and Life Changes in 2013 have only acted as fertilizer for fans who have been waiting patiently on the debut. Live And Grow has now been given a September 25 release date and will drop via Peas N' Carrots/Roc Nation/Epic Records.
