Last fall, Strange Music's Rittz put out his sophomore LP, Next to Nothing. It galvanized his fan base, a coalition of his local Georgia followers and those loyal to his Kansas City-based, Tech N9ne-founded label. But today (July 9), Rittz revisits one of his album cuts, and he does it with the roster from another, more corporate-backed label. Shady Records artists Yelawolf, Royce da 5'9" and KXNG CROOKED join in on the fun that is the "LAF" remix. The six-minute affair is a clinic in technical rapping; if you're going to call all onlookers "lame as fuck," you better do it in style. Though the guests hail from all around the country (Alabama, Detroit and Long Beach, respectively), they pair well with the barber-challenged headliner. Rittz was most recently in the news for paying a visit to the home of an Atlanta fan whose home was ravaged in a storm.
