Whether you were put on to him via "Bible on the Dash" or Kendrick Lamar's "Cartoon & Cereal," or if you've been down since day one, Gunplay has been one of rap's best-kept-secrets. However, the unhinged Miami MC has also been a bit of a loose cannon, and despite his affiliation with Rick Ross and Maybach Music Group, he's had a tough time securing a release date for an LP. Now, finally, his debut is on the way--at the end of this month, Def Jam will issue Living Legend, a brief record that aims to capitalize on Gunplay's careening vocals and you-are-there vivid imagery. The album is preceded by the YG-featuring, DJ Mustard-produced "Wuzhanindoe," Rick Ross duet "Be Like Me" and now, "Blood on the Dope," a punishing collaboration with Yo Gotti and PJK.  We've all sat through our fair share of inane workplace orientation seminars, so it's nice to hear one with unique instructions for once.
