While his 2010 debut, Flockaveli, stands as a testament to visceral gangsta rap and everything Lex Luger ever did right, Waka Flocka Flame has remade himself. Instead of the street rap formalism of "Hard in da Paint," his output of late has skewed toward EDM, where he has made a killing on the festival circuit as the best master of ceremonies an outdoor party could ever hope for. Now the Presidential candidate is back with the DJ Whoo Kid collaboration "Turn Up Godz." The video plays out, well, almost exactly as you'd imagine, with raucous crowds, cries for mosh pits and the steadfast belief that one term paper isn't going to sink your GPA for good.
