As Troy Ave started his climb through the ranks, the rap world couldn't help but make a comparison to 50 Cent when it came to style. Spitting gritty street tales and singing on a few hooks, parallels between the two could certainly be drawn, though Ave will come no where close to hitting the numbers Get Rich Or Die Tryin' hit when his Major Without A Deal album drops in a few weeks. On "Bang Bang" the two New York natives team up and trade bars. Ave addresses the 50 comparisons by rapping, "People say I sound like Fif/Okay, dummy/I guess I sound like I'm gettin' money." 50 shows up for a few bars and the collab is now complete. Check out the song above.

While sitting down with MTV to discuss season two of his hit show Power, 50 was asked about Troy Ave and said,"I wasn't sure if I liked him. I heard too much of me in his material but when I started to hear him in the music like...'It's All About The Money' is his 'I Get Money' but it's a new version, it's a new way. I think it pays homage to the things I've done already."
