24-year-old rapper Wasiu drops an excellent new single today. "Many Dreams" is produced by Soulection producer/fellow Montrealer Da-P dabeatX who puts his chef hat on and cooks up a melodic beat using a vocal sample from 2pac's "Runnin'." Wasiu raps about the duality of success.

"We all have dreams and aspirations," Wasiu explains. "Some of them are altruistic in nature and others selfish and materialistic. This record focuses on the latter. With the overall theme of the album being a relatively dark and heavy depiction of our society, I wanted to include some lighter and fun moments. That being said, this song is simply about the material dreams of a broke rapper aspiring for more."

The Nigerian and Hatian descent MC born in Quebec recently put out "Physical," which features production from Kaytranada. Listen to "Many Dreams" above.
