Here's something to get excited about; The Alchemist and Oh No Present: Welcome to Los Santos. Coming this spring, a new album inspired by the popular video game Grand Theft Auto V and put together by the gentlemen better known as Gangrene will be available to the masses. Featuring new music from Freddie Gibs, Popcaan, Killer Mike and more, the album will cover multiple genres of music and the first leak from the project, featuring Earl Sweatshirt and Samuel T. Herring (of Future Islands) gives an idea of what to expect from the project.

With Sweatshirt providing raw bars and Herring belting out a Bill Withers-inspired hook, "Play It Cool" hits the mark big time.

“We’ve been working with Earl for awhile, and we wanted to collaborate with him on this project,” Alchemist told Vanity Fair. “We hooked up with Sam from Future Islands first. We shared the record with him first, and he really took it somewhere else with the hook.”

Check out the joint above then go cop tickets for the upcoming Not Redy 2 Leave tour featuring Sweatshirt, Vince Staples and Remy Banks.
