Azealia Banks Is Medusa in ‘Ice Princess’ Video

Azealia Banks is a frozen Medusa in the newly shared video for "Ice Princess." The latest single is off her album Broke With Expensive Taste, which dropped last year. The We Were Monkey-directed video has Banks ruling over an army of robotic ninjas before she goes to war with Mother Nature. The visual is like watching a trippy version of The Chronicles of Narnia, where instead of an ice witch, you have an ice queen who rides a giant snake while fighting glitches coming out of the sky. The video is intriguing and is just as good as the standout record.

The Harlem native was recently featured on the cover of Playboy and gave a must read interview discussing race, sex and being independent. The very open rhyme spitta has been in the news quite frequently. One recent incident was her quick online battle with Fox News’ Eric Bolling over the Playboy interview.
