Donovan "P Nut" Thomas, 26, was killed on Saturday night (Jan. 10) at a southwest Atlanta barbershop after someone opened fire with semiautomatic weapon in a drive-by shooting. It happened on McDaniel Street in the Castleberry Hill neighborhood. Today Trinidad James release "Black Man Pt. 1," a stirring record calling for the end of senseless violence in the black community. With the help of Big K.R.I.T., the two passionately call for unity in urban communities.

The death of P Nut made waves in the ATL rap scene, with both Young Thug and Rich Homie Quan posting pictures of him via Instagram.
