Even since Jesus did battle with the devil in the desert, going to such dry terrain has become some sort of ritualistic necessity for self-discovery. Hopsin is the latest to join in this tradition for the seventh installment of the "Illmind of Hopsin" series.

Hopsin hits the desert without some sort of canteen to do a deconstruction of the bible. He's yelling at the top of his lungs, but he isn't preaching here; this is self-discovery, after all. "Man, what if Jesus was a facade/ That would mean the government's god," he raps, pausing temporarily to let it sink in. Thankfully, he's Jim Caviezel approved. Check out the gems above.
