As K Camp alludes to at the beginning, "Truth" is a freestyle over Wiz Khalifa's "Incense." The southern rhymer sets a more personal vibe with a little help from some auto-tune on his latest loosie.

The track follows a loose narrative. K Camp gives a sharp side eye to those who want to see his downfall, but he remains prideful about his recent success. "I'm doing my thing mama look at me now," he sings.
