Hi-Tek Answers The Question “Where U Been”

The last we heard from Ohio producer Hi-Tek he was 50 percent done with his long-awaited forthcoming album, Hi-Teknology: Ohio Player with plans to put the LP out in 2013. Well, the year came and went with not so much as a peep from the producer. Surprisingly, today, Tek drops a brand new video for the track "Where U Been" where he attempts to explain his absence.
