Rick Ross “I Wonder Why”

It's an MMG summer. With Wale's The Gifted still high on the Billboard charts and MMG compilation Self Made Vol. 3 on the way, Rick Ross keeps the untouchable Maybach train moving right along with a new single in "I Wonder Why." On it, he sounds as spooky as ever, recycling his "FuckWithMeYouKnowIGotIt" flow, only this time spitting over a bigger, badder beat that's reminiscent of last year's "Hold Me Back" and finds Rozay yelping about fame and misfortune. He also seems to have found inspiration in the recent Trayvon Martin verdict, rapping, "Now I'm being followed by some creepy ass cracker / Stand your ground / Stand your ground!" Listen below.
