R. Kelly is 11 solo albums in, and nastier than ever. His upcoming LP Black Panties hits stores November 11. Today, he drops another single off the project with the bass pounding X-rated tune "Cookies." Black Panties looks to have a number of rap features. Will they stack to some of his best?
