Riding off the nationwide success of “Ls Anthem,” Lil Durk is ready to feed the streets once again. The Chi-Town rapper recently signed to Def Jam is set to drop his new mixtape, Signed to the Streets, sometime this year.

As he preps for the release, Lil Durk is rolling out a new single available on iTunes April 30th called “Dis Ain’t What U Want,” which just went live with DJ TimBuck2 on WGCI FM in Chicago. Much like his GBE cohort Chief Keef, the single speaks on the hardships he faces everyday in a violence-ridden neighborhood.

“Basically, I am speaking on what going on today and what we trying to do and what’s happening like through all the BS,” he tells XXL. “Basically, showing the struggle and showing the rap side."

Paris Bueller, who worked with Durk closely since “Ls Anthem,” produced “Dis Ain’t What U Want.” He is expected to appear on roughly six tracks on the tape, but Durk promises other producers have contributed.

“I bond with him real quick so it’s easy for me to do a song with him,” he said. “We got the best chemistry through anybody. Zaytoven and Gucci Mane. Keef and Chop. That’s how me and his bond is.”

Some behind-the-scenes photos of the video shoot have already surfaced on sites like Fake Shore Drive. Durk says the video will have a big boss theme, describing the overall feel so far. “I basically mixed it with black and white. I did the skyline of Chicago. Top of a building—rooftop. The video is going to be dope.”
