Moments after getting off the Pyramid Stage at the Glastonbury Festival, Angel Haze revealed that her upcoming album will have a major change. The rapper told NME that she is focusing on singing for her next project.

After talking about her pre-show rituals and love of performing at Glastonbury, Haze explained that she's been working on an album of all singing. She counts Tracy Chapman, Amy Winehouse, Yolanda Adams, Aimee Mann and Adele as her influences and hopes to create a film based on her new project. For Haze singing is a homecoming of sorts.

"Singing is my first love. I started as a singer and was a really, really bad rapper," says the US star. "I wanted to get better and in the midst of me getting better I got signed. I got caught in it a little bit. I love it. I love music period so I'm just trying to make what's inside of me."

The 2013 Freshman, who recently confirmed her romantic relationship with Ireland Baldwin, had a track with Ludacris appear on the soundtrack for 22 Jump Street.
