To get that gig you just make one successful album, use payola to have multiple singles out, and ride the wave. Kanye can’t relate to the streets, nor does he have time for Hip Hop. I won’t ever buy another one of his albums unless he goes back to rap. But I bet he will try and make his next album half and half, watered down “Hip Hop”/Soul.
