The score has yet to be settled between Kanye West and the paparazzi. West was arrested in a hotel in Gateshead, England after allegedly getting into a scuffle with a photographer while exiting the Tup Tup nightclub in Newcastle earlier this morning (11/14).
Yeezy was released without being charged following a brief investigation. The shooter alleged that West grew angry and shoved the camera in his face after being photographed leaving Tup Tup with four women. He suffered a minor cut on his nose.
The photog may have been out for a quick buck. Per TMZ, he accused a British soccer player of assaulting him last month. The charges were also dropped. -Marvin Brandon
