Kanye West in the Clear Over Suge Knight Suit

Kanye West won’t have to shell out any money to Suge Knight for a 2005 shooting.

According to the Associated Press, a Miami judge dismissed Knight’s $1 million dollar lawsuit yesterday against West for lack of security at his party where the ex-hop-hop mogul was attacked.

The judge concluded that there was no way for Yeezy to know there would be a possibility of a shooting at his affair.

Knight has yet to comment on the outcome of the case. —Elan Mancini
