I am glad Jay-Z is back. Let’s not forget who introduced the world to Cistol and the true definition of how to get money. Jay-Z is also responsible for some of the biggest artist in the South ie… Rick Ross; Ludacris; Young Jezzy ; T.I just to name a few. The problem with some of the N.Y artist is that they have there own agendas, they don’t have time to do colaborations with other artist in other crews. If N.Y artist did like the South or West they would be eating better.
