i’m beginning to think Jon Jon–23 is functionally illiterate. first of all, where in the article does it say that the design was copyrighted? there is a difference between having something copyrighted and having a contract that states that the designed can’t be replicated without permission.

second, just because YOU find something hard to conceive doesn’t make it so. you said yourself you haven’t studied interior design, so why would you find it hard to conceive anything about a subject which you know nothing about?

third, where is the ignorance in my post? most of the people who commented before me tried to imply that the case was bullshit and all i said was that whatever lawyer is representing Ilan Waisbrod, he/she probably knows more about contract law than anyone posting on this site. lawyers don’t take on cases they don’t believe have merit. in other words, simpleton, someone who is trained in the LEGAL PROFESSION believes the interior designer has a case, so who are the idiots on this site (like you, who admittedly knows nothing about interior design) to say he doesn’t?
