Arrest Warrant Issued for D12’s Swift
According to the Detroit Free Press, a judge issued an arrest warrant for D12 member Swift yesterday (April 19) after the Detroit rapper skipped a court date to attend Proof’s funeral. Swift, whose real name is Ondre Moore, was supposed to appear in court yesterday at 1:30 p.m. to answer charges stemming from an October drunk driving charge. The rapper was originally sentenced to community service and probation, but after he tested positive for alcohol in March, he served one week in prison. Last week, Swift tested positive for alcohol again, which prompted yesterday’s hearing to decide whether he had violated his probation. If a judge determines that his probation was violated, Swift could serve up to 93 days in prison. His bail has been set at $500,000.
