E-40’s Report Card Debuts at #3

e401.jpgVallejo, California rapper E-40’s ninth album, My Ghetto Report Card, will debut at #3 on this week’s Billboard album chart, selling over 94,000 units. This is 40’s highest position on the charts to date, besting 1996’s Tha Hall of Game, which peaked at #4. Report Card has been fueled by the Keak Da Sneak-featured single “Tell Me When to Go,” and marks 40’s first album since leaving long-time home Jive Records for Lil Jon’s BME imprint.
