Today In Hip-Hop: Busta Rhymes Releases Solo Debut

On this day, March 26th, in hip-hop history... 1996: Busta Rhymes released his debut solo album The Coming. Prior to '96, Busta was a member of the Native Tongues group Leaders of the New School with Dinco D, Charlie Brown and Cut Monitor Milo. During its career, the Long Island crew released two albums, 1991's A Future Without a Past and 1993's T.I.M.E. (The Inner Mind's Eye).
