T.I.

2011: T.I. was released from Forrest City Correctional Facility in Arkansas, on August 31, 2011. Tip had spent the last ten months in prison but had recently been paroled a month early allowing him to be released from the federal facility in August.

Despite the early release, T.I.'s freedom would be short-lasted as less than 48 hours later, Tip would find himself back in prison after quickly violating the terms of his parole, again. On his way to a federal halfway house in Atlanta, Tip had ridden in a luxury coach bus from the Arkansas facility to the halfway house. According to prison officials, this was in violation of prison protocol as T.I. had failed to clear the vehicle in violation of his parole and returned to prison on September 1 after less than two days of freedom. However, his re-incarceration would last only a few short weeks as Tip was released from prison for good on September 29.
