Jeezy’s Jedi Mind Tricks – Which is the Real Summer Anthem?

Just when I was about ready to declare Jeezy’s “Lose My Mind” the song of summer 2010—what “Wasted” or “Ice Cream Paint Job” was to summer 2009—he drops “All White Everything (The Summer Anthem)” …His title, not mine.

Now, is it just me, or does “Lose My Mind” sound much more like a club banger than “All White Everything?” …and what’s with the Jedi mind tricks? You put “summer anthem” in the title and that’s just supposed to make it so? Don’t get me wrong, both songs are hot, but, personally, I feel like “Lose My Mind” is the summer smash I want to dance the summer months away to. Am I alone? Weigh in and let me know which of Jeezy’s songs are going to go harder in the club this season. —Brooklyne Gipson

    Probably both.
    When I get off work and head straight to club I will play “lose my mind” because hell by end of the week thats what it feels like im going to do.
    And when Im chillin outside in front the house or in the car its all white everything.
    But I do feel like these songs are only for Jeezy fans so they might not have been the best lead singles.
    But, as a Jeezy fan I like them.

    BUT, i say both. Jeezy had to up his ante. it reminds me of what master p said on hip hop honors about giving the people a double cd. its ahustle. two anthems help to move the cd.

    Shouldn’t a summer anthem be heard on the radio, in the clubs, and on the Charts. Neither of these songs have been. I love Jeezy but I don’t think this is his summer

    Both of them are garb, but I can hear that Lose My Mind track in the clubs more than All White Everything. And WTF is up with Shawty’s production??? That ish sound like a step below his usual fare….

    Both songs are kinda annoying to me, but if I had to pick I’d say “Lose My Mind”. I haven’t heard “All White Everything” on the radio, but I’ve heard “Lose My Mind” numerous times.

    I heard his songs all over the radio. My personal favorite would have to be “Lose my mind” because of the crazy beat. It also hits hard with subs in your car! But easily this is jeezys best song from the ablum!
