So, this means Aflamega really is the guy who got T.I. sent away to prison, albeit only for a few months, right?

I'm not gonna lie - I didn't have the time to research this post as diligently as I would have liked to. I only read about this shit last night on my cell phone at a rap concert. Then I didn't wake up early enough this morning to look into it any further. My bad. But I think I pretty much got the gist of it.

T.I. went on the radio last night and said he had no idea Alfamega was a snitch and that's he's kicked out of the Heman Woman Haters Club. Er, Grand Hustle. Now there's rumors Alfalfa is laid up in a hospital somewhere, but not because T.I. kicked the crap out of him (as if) - he was involved in some sort of altercation with the police.

Based on what little I know about Alfalfa, i.e. the fact that he's a snitch, and he got into it with umpteen cops at some ghetto awards show, I don't find that hard to believe. Let me guess: 5-0, i.e. his employer, is pissed that his cover has been blown, so they beat the crap out of him.

I kid, I kid. We don't really know what happened to Alfalfa. Or what's gonna happen to him.

This means someone's gonna have to kill Alfalfa, right? Or at least that's my understanding, from having watched the Wire, and listened to rap music. Otherwise, people might get the idea it's alright to tell on people, regardless of whether or not you have any personal obligation to the perp. If Alfalfa gets away with this with nothing but a couple of broken legs from his employer, people might think Atlanta is soft. Which, from what I understand, it is.

But if something does happen to Alfalfa, people are gonna think T.I. had something to do with it. And lord knows he's got enough problems as it is. If I were him, I'm not even sure if I would have kicked Alfalfa out of Grand Hustle the way he did, even if I knew for a fact that he was responsible for having me sent up, which he probably doesn't. We know a snitch alerted the Feds to the gun deal that went down outside of the BET Awards, and we know Alfalfa's a snitch, but we don't know if he was involved in that particular incident. Alfalfa could (and probably did) say he wasn't, but the only way to know for certain is if the Smoking Gun turned up the documents saying he was.

So, it probably was for the best for T.I. to sever ties with Alfalfa. Why even run that risk? T.I. isn't the sharpest pencil in the box - he could fuck around and end up involved in another crime, once he gets out the joint. Yeah, he's got a show on MTV where he goes around talking to kids about how he's done with his life of crime and how they should turn their lives around as well. But he wasn't smart enough to go on the radio talking about how he doesn't condone snitching, right before he begins his sentence. I mean, it pretty much renders that MTV series moot. And that was part of why he got off so easy. Or was it?

That guy from the Clipse, on the hand, had the good sense to go on the Internets talking about how he was lying about everything he ever said. Which I'm pretty sure was bullshit. You know that nigga was slinging dem rocks. Look at how he was stirring that pancake batter. Either that, or he used to work at the Waffle House.
