What Will Lil Wayne Perform At The 2011 VMAs?

As a teenaged rapper with the Cash Money Records outfit in his native New Orleans, a young Dwayne Carter certainly dreamed that he would one day hit it big as a rapper. With a sell-out nationwide tour, a highly anticipated album and a roster of artists under his own Young Money imprint, all signs point to the idea that Lil Wayne has done well for himself. Since his release from jail late 2010, Weezy F. Baby has been on a creative and musical tear with his “I Am Still Music” tour on its second leg already. Considering Wayne’s humble beginnings, he should be counted as a success story.

For this year’s 2011 MTV Video Music Awards performances, Lil Wayne will join co-headliner acts R&B singer Chris Brown and British songbird Adele. The burning question fans will possibly ponder is which of Lil Wayne’s recent material he should rock for the VMA audience.
