Raekwon, Nas Backstage In Norway

In the icy homeland of mythic figures Thor and Odin, two god-like trailblazers of hip hop joined forces yesterday (March 29) in Oslo, Norway.

While on the final date of his solo European tour, Queens native Nas was seen cooling out with Wu-tang Clan swordsman Raekwon backstage at the Sentrum Scene venue. The pair reconnected on Rae’s latest long player on the track “Rich and Black” after first connecting on Raekwon’s classic debut album Only Built For Cuban Linx and the song “Verbal Intercourse.”

DJ Green Lantern tweeted a photo in the wee hours of the morning of the pair enjoying the spoils of being virtual rap royalty. The always fashionably dipped Raekwon sported a red and white pullover cap with matching scarf, a black jacket and keeping it low key on the jewels with just a right hand pinky ring and left wrist watch. Read more...
