Lil Peep's team may be making good on their promise to drop a posthumous album. Today (Oct. 15), a photo was shared to his Instagram account of a pink-colored test cassette tape with the title 'Come Over When You're Sober, Pt. 2.'

The Instagram post's caption is "#COWYS2 #LILPEEP4EVER." The picture gives no insight to a release date, other than a date of "09/14/18," which might be when the project was created.

Back in December of 2017, Peep's producer Smokeasac confirmed that the project will be released when Peep's family finds it most fitting. "It will come out when the time is right," he said in a tweet. "When peeps family approves. just know it exists. be patient for Gus."

Prior to this tease on social media, Peep was featured on a joint single with XXXTentacion called "Falling Down." The John Cunningham and IIVI-produced track has an upbeat tempo and hand claps. On the track, Peep sings about rain, tears, and emotions that are not easy to talk about.

"Shit don't feel the same when you're out of town/So 'Ko, let's watch the rain as it's falling down, yeah," before X croons, "Rain keeps falling, tears keeping falling/Darling, your love is like walking on pin nails."

Following the track, iLoveMakonnen kept his promise and released "Sunlight on Your Skin," which features the hook on "Falling Down." He spoke to XXL in an interview about wanting to make music that resonates with people.

"That's what me and Peep were making music for, to bring people together," he said to XXL. "You know, what art does, X was another artist as well. We're all on the same mission of just wanting to make good music. That's hopefully what we did with this record."
